January is all set for explosive growth in our team and I hope you are all getting positioned to benefit from all our initiatives.

By now you should have received a couple of emails from our upline Director, Karen Leslie, about the exciting Ad coop we are setting up for you this month. Anyone who hasn’t seen these please let me know ASAP. I am just putting the final touches to the next couple of emails that Karen will send out and I will start to reveal how your $80 share will actually deliver more than $80 of leads. It’s cool stuff so watch this space.

How many guests are you getting onto the US and UK opportunity calls? I can’t tell you what an easy way this is to bring people into your team. Simply let people know what an exiting business you are in and ask them to listen into a 20-minute call. These are even FREE in the UK via Skype!

Have you got your tickets for our opportunity meeting in Northampton on 16th January? If you can’t attend are you sending some guests for me to look after for you? Guys if you want to grow your business then you need to use the business building tools we provide for you. Give me a shout if you need any help!

Have you listened to some of the amazing calls we have had this week? Johnny Wimbrey, our very own International Training Director has become the first Vice President in Success University! I am pretty sure our very own Ned Rae is going to be hot on his heels. A new set of Leadership calls, starting last night, will run until our Leadership convention in Dallas at the end of the month. How many of you will be joining me there?

Are you all set to cash in on the bonuses on offer this month? If not, then I suggest you reread this email again to ensure you get an extra $250-$1000 for your efforts this month.

Bottom line, if you want to succeed decide what you want, write your goals for how you’re going to achieve them. Get a mentor to keep you true to your goals (use me its what I am here for!) and together we will make your goals come true.

It has taken me just over 3 months to grow a team of 110, I am pretty confident that figure will be closer to 170-180 this month. How will I do that? By helping all of you who are ready to take it to the next level!
