Set up your month - July 2007

Hey guys

It’s been a while since I have been able to send an update as the team is growing incredibly quickly. As always I want to ensure you get your month started in the right manner to ensure your business grows as you expect it to.

We have a lot of leaders coming up through the ranks now and no doubt a lot of you are working closely with your upline sponsors. As many of you know I have spent a large portion of my time in Malaysia and as well as being a beautiful place to visit and food to die for, it represents an area that I will be investing a lot of my time growing.

For our Malaysian team who are reading this update we will send a separate broadcast later today providing details of the forthcoming training calls and support. We will also update when Irene and I will be back to help you build your teams.

Your checklist for the start of the month should include:

1. What are your goals for the month? Are they clear and written down and shared with your upline sponsor to create accountability? As a minimum you should be aiming to sponsor 2 new people into your business and teach them to do the same. Achieve this and you will qualify for the $500 2x2 bonus (please double check this is running this month). Look out for the bonuses on offer this month!

Can June Be Even Better Than May……?

Wow what a month, I don’t know where to start this update so lets start it from the top. First off I would like to congratulate some of our fastest growing team members.

To our new counsellors this month well done to you all, this is the start of an amazing journey and by achieving counsellor you have demonstrated you have learnt the skill of sponsoring and building relationships. These skills are the cornerstone of any successful network marketing business and will serve you well in building your team even further, onto Director to you all!

We also have a new Director in our team. Michele Porretta made a goal to achieve Director in May 2007 no matter what. Michele has now mastered both the art of duplication and member retention. Malaysia – Pre-launch

The month of May also saw our team begin advanced preparations to launch Success University in Malaysia. It was truly an honour to meet so many fantastic existing and new members and we now begin the real work of building a huge team in Malaysia.

We will be flying an international team in over the next week or two to ensure we get the Malaysian party off with a bang. We have already started assembling a very experienced Malaysian Leadership team and together we will create the fastest growing network marketing team in Success University.

June Plans

So can June be better than May, you bet it can. We kick the month of with Johnny Wimbrey in London where our UK team can get together and get things moving even faster here and in Europe.

In Malaysia and the surrounding region we will be holding a number of events including a large Launch party in Penang on 16th June. If you would like to attend or have people in the region you would like to attend let me know so I can provide more details.

We have teams in other countries who are aiming to organise large meetings that we can fly key speakers into to help build their businesses locally – I will keep you posted.

At least 2 other team members have firm goals to become Director this month and again I will do everything in my power to help them achieve that. So the question I would pose to all of you is what are your goals this month and are you truly committed to them. Our UK team is growing very well and the opportunity meetings continue to make that process simpler. I encourage members in any country to find a way to get your opportunity meetings set up as its by far the most effective method of presenting the business to people. John Bonnett only joined a couple of weeks ago but brought 6 guests to one of our meetings and they all promptly joined that night. A Friday occurring on the 13th day of any month is considered to be a day of bad luck in English, German, Polish and Portuguese-speaking cultures around the globe. Similar superstitions exist in some other traditions. In Greece or Spain, for example, Tuesday the 13th takes the same role. That said I don’t waste time on superstitions as I am more focussed on results!

Friday 13th to me means we have 18 days of April left. 18 days to achieve your goals for this month, 18 days to hit counsellor, Director or Executive Director. 18 days to qualify for your $500 2x2 bonus or your $1000 Director Bonus.

All students should be targeting becoming a counsellor this month, which means having 5 active students enrolled in your team. So first task is to write a list of 100 people you can contact who would benefit from being a part of SU. If you don’t know 100 people, here are some tips.

Check your address book, your email contacts list and your IM contact list. Contact these people and ask for their contacts, stop being so shy! Think about whom you come into contact with everyday. Work colleagues, people you say hi to, taxi/bus drivers, shop staff, waiters/waitresses etc. As someone reminded me tonight Matt Morris was approached to join his first network marketing business when he was a waiter, that’s a clue guys!

Next call them, don’t email! This is a relationship business so make sure you talk to people, I only use emails when I need to leverage a message like getting this out to 170+ people at once.

Use your systems to present the business. Here is the order I use depending on availability in your area, basically if the top one isn’t available now I go to the next.

=> SU Convention (I know a lady that joined SU on a Tuesday and then flew 5000 miles on the Friday to be at the convention)

=> Opportunity Meeting

=> Live UK or US opportunity calls

=> Recorded Sizzle call

=> Website video/DVD

Once your prospect has been exposed to SU then get then get them on a 3 way with your upline sponsor or me. This is a vital step so be sure you have 3 way calling set up on your landline, don’t use skype for this as the line quality is not good enough.

That’s it – what a simple business. Get yourself excited about this business; if your not passionate then people will not be interested. Go back to your list of WHY’s if you need to and if you haven’t got a list of WHY’s get writing them, they are what will carry you through.

Now here is a tip to make this a very profitable month. Apply the above today, call people today, and get busy today! Apply massive action and then teach your new sign ups to do the same. Not next week but now. If you do this today and teach your team to do it too then you cannot fail to get an additional $500 bonus for your efforts (the 2x2 bonus).

Hey guys,

What another exciting week its been. All the top leaders are on their cruise this week (I will be on the next one and so will some of you!). Following Ned Rae's fantastic training call on Friday I have been inundated with 3 way call requests and we have been signing people up left right and centre! Ned very kindly suggested that anyone in Europe should call me to arrange for 3 ways which is a fantastic compliment - cheers Ned!

I have even helped a new member who is in another leaders team get to counsellor in a matter of days since we teamed up with 3 way calls. So a couple of things to take forward if you want to accelerate your results.

1. Are you attending Vice President Ned Rae's exclusive training calls (not his New Member training calls on a Saturday)? If not get in touch with me and I will send you the recordings of the past calls and details of the next live call. The next call will be listening to Ned calling up leads in a live environment. This is a man who has grown a team of over 17,000 members in 2 years. Success leaves clues so get on the call and find those clues!

2. Have you got your plan documented and more importantly are you working it hard enough? I have members who regularly book 3 way calls with me and let me do all the hard work of signing their prospect up. They have gone out either on the Internet or to someone they know and shown them Success University. When the person has some questions they simply call me onto a 3 way call, introduce us and let me take over. Does that sound like something you can manage? If so it will sky rocket your business, not because I am a great salesman but because by introducing a 3rd party expert you are validating your recommendation.

I can tell you now that the people building the fastest growing teams are those people I am doing 3 way calls with. Success leaves clues....

Hi everyone, I am sure I can safely speak for all of you
who managed to see Johnny Wimbrey in London last week, we
had a great time.

First off I want to pass my congratulations on to our 2
newest counsellors in our team. Joanne Sokil has been
working the business for a short time and achieved
counsellor very quickly. We also have a brand new
counsellor today, Michele Porretta from France has been
working the business consistently since she joined and has
grown her team to 24 in a very short time. Well done
Michele and Joanne.

Ironically Michele and I were strategising on Skype
earlier today about how I could help her with some 3 way
calls to get her to the next step. So as I always say, if
you need my help then please use me as much as you need,
that’s what I am here for. I currently do 3 way calls with
team members all around the world practically everyday.

As it’s been a while since I last sent a broadcast I think
I will just send a general request out to all team members.

Have you got your goals documented and a daily and weekly
plan in place? If the answer is no get in touch and I can

How are you marketing your business? Remember you will
attract no leads if no one knows you exist! Speak to me
about lead generation methods both online and offline.

How is your warm list building? Don't make the common
mistake of not drawing this up but do it properly. Don’t
just target friends and family but don’t miss them off too.
Think about all the successful people you already know,
businessmen and women, successful investors etc. This
business attracts successful people as it is simple to
generate a residual income by sharing the information with
your network of contacts. Most business people have
extensive lists of contacts.

Don’t sell, just point people to the system. be
enthusiastic and let your excitement intrigue but don’t get
bogged down into the mechanics of the business. Simply plug
people into opportunity meetings, opportunity calls, the
recorded sizzle call, your website video or the $2 Free
trail. If people have questions then get a 3-way call with
me or one of your upline support team and let us do the
work for you.

As many of you will know I just spent one of the most amazing weekends of my life in Dallas Texas for the Leadership Convention. Prior to the convention I was sure this was the right business to be in. What I can say now is I know with all my heart that this by far the greatest opportunity available.

Let me clarify this, as I don’t want you to think its all just hype. Over a period of 4 days I was able to spend some quality time not only with some of my team but also the leaders in SU. I think last nights call summed things up so make sure you catch the recorded version if you didn’t hear it live.

What it also brought home to me is this is a very simple business to do and you have 2 choices - to build fast or slow. Fast is everyone’s preferred option but again this will be dependent on your resources and commitment.

The principles behind generating money can be summed up by the following equation:

Time + Energy (invested into a system) = Money

If we say that Time + Energy = Money the following also holds true;

Money (invested into a system) = Money

Now when you apply this principle to building your business fast you can see you either need to invest money or time and energy into the system. Let’s start with money.

I have found the best online advertising method is Get Response Power Leads. I have done a lot of research in this area and this continually crops up as the backbone for all successful Internet marketing. The leads are cheap between $0.32 - $0.45 each. I purchase 6000 leads at a time which costs $1950 but I can tell you that gets paid back time after time. I was just like everyone else when I started my business and my credit card funded my advertising campaign. I am glad to say that my profits now fund my advertising.

I am now in the great position of building a large team and I have a large list I can keep advertising to. I regularly send an email that creates hundreds of additional dollars for me to use for my advertising. I still can’t believe I get paid for writing an email!

If you don’t have the money then you will need to invest your time and energy. This can be done online but the fastest way is to use word of mouth. I was fortunate to be able to meet someone you will hear a lot about over the coming months. Kalpesh from London has shown everyone how fast you can really build a team using word of mouth. He has blown all the record books by achieving the rank of Executive Director in only 18 days, simply amazing.

However you decide to build I can only emphasise its better to go quick. It can get very demoralising not signing someone for long periods; I know what I am like when it’s been a couple of days! If you want to know anything more on what I have covered just let me know.
