3 Way calls

So, you have lead generation program in place, a person has looked at your website and wants more information and you have had an initial conversation where you provided more information. If they have any questions at this point that you don’t have the answer for its time to call in your support team.

If you haven’t already done so make sure you can place 3 way calls on your telephone, just check with your local provider as to how you do this. You will also want to ensure you get cheap international calls. For UK members I recommend http://www.18185.co.uk

Depending on what time of day (and what time zone!) will determine whom you need to contact. I always suggest you send an email in advance to just give us a heads up that you will be making calls on this day and you may need us for a 3 way.

It’s then simply a case of saying to your prospect that you take their questions very seriously and want to get an expert to answer them. Invite me onto the 3-way call and introduce me (I will provide you with some wording to help with this), and then…Keep Quiet!! Yes, that’s right you can take a deep breath and relax and I will take over the call from then and help sign your prospect up. That’s it, pretty simple right!
