Shop for a Mortgage Before You Shop for a House
Knowing how much financing you can get focuses your search.
Helpful: Talk with at least three lenders. Have one run your credit reports so you can correct errors. Ask the lender how it views negative items in your record-and prepare explanations. If you qualify, lenders issue a "handholding letter" stating the maximum loan amount.
Strategy. If you plan to spend less than the amount for which you qualify, have the letter state the lower amount-so sellers don't know you could spend more. Having a hand-holding letter makes you more attractive to a seller who has comparable bids from different buyers. If you are considering refinancing, then do it for whatever reasons that are good for you. If you can obtain a significantly lower interest rate or a lower monthly house payment, then it make sense to refinance. It's not vice to refinance to get the equity and use it for a trip to Las Vegas and place the money you have left on casinos.
If you already have made the decision of refinance, then make sure it is for a legitimate reason otherwise you spend valuable time and money refinancing one of the most secure investments you have for your future. Why would you want to do that anyway?
Like I said above, the only time refinancing should have any appeal to you is when it is going to save you money on house payments each month and when it is smart business to refinance your home mortgage for future benefit. Then, you still need to reflect on the fees involved in order to refinance. Remember, the banks want to make money off of you every time they see you in front of one of their loan officers, so carefully investigate what those fees are before you commit to a refinance.

MLM Can Make You Rich, Truth or Fiction?
Today feeling motivated to write something positive about a business I love, namely MLM, I was amazed at how much negative coverage this form of marketing has. For me multi level marketing is a convivial way of earning an income. Believe me when I tell you that I have done a lot in my life to receive money. They all caused me to suffer stress.
The thought of going to work every day to sell myself for a fistful of dollars is just not my idea of living. Plenty people, especially my family have scolded me for having this apparently bad attitude. I pay my own way and I'll admit at times it was down right hard to survive especially as I was incapable of keeping a steady and reliable job. It was only after I discovered the Law of Attraction and got into finding out who I am did I realise MLM is for me.
Even if I was head of a bank earning a salary of well over a million bucks a year I could not face going into an executive office daily. I love my life too much. I am in no way implying that bank executives don't enjoy their calling. In the same breath as I say that I'm also grateful for them. I adore my bank manager. She is a lovely person, although she does look a bit overworked to me.
MLM is not every one's cup of tea just like being a bank executive is not for every one. There may be nasty pyramid systems out there waiting to prey on innocent out of work individuals who are lusting after the big bucks. Through their lust it could be so that they are attracting companies with the intent of robbing their last bit of money from them with the promise of health and wealth.
There will always be the people saying well if MLM is so fantastic then why isn't everyone doing it? Every one isn't doing it because not every one wants to do it. Just like I don't want to do what other people are doing. Actually I don't like to do any thing! I'm sure I'm considered lazy by many people. What kind of a lazy slob am I that I need some body to clean up after me? On the other hand though, I'm in a contented state when I'm digging, shovelling and schlepping in my garden. I also have no objection to sitting in my garden and just staring.
MLM is not about selling and buying loads of stock to pile up in your garage. If you're considering MLM get involved with a company that has a remuneration system based on duplication rather than on the amount of product you purchase for wholesale which you then resell.
You don't have to go to endless company meetings to be successful in MLM, you just have to understand the system. I have never been to a meeting. Recruiting unemployed people and creating hype just appears to be dishonest for me.

The thought of going to work every day to sell myself for a fistful of dollars is just not my idea of living. Plenty people, especially my family have scolded me for having this apparently bad attitude. I pay my own way and I'll admit at times it was down right hard to survive especially as I was incapable of keeping a steady and reliable job. It was only after I discovered the Law of Attraction and got into finding out who I am did I realise MLM is for me.
Even if I was head of a bank earning a salary of well over a million bucks a year I could not face going into an executive office daily. I love my life too much. I am in no way implying that bank executives don't enjoy their calling. In the same breath as I say that I'm also grateful for them. I adore my bank manager. She is a lovely person, although she does look a bit overworked to me.
MLM is not every one's cup of tea just like being a bank executive is not for every one. There may be nasty pyramid systems out there waiting to prey on innocent out of work individuals who are lusting after the big bucks. Through their lust it could be so that they are attracting companies with the intent of robbing their last bit of money from them with the promise of health and wealth.
There will always be the people saying well if MLM is so fantastic then why isn't everyone doing it? Every one isn't doing it because not every one wants to do it. Just like I don't want to do what other people are doing. Actually I don't like to do any thing! I'm sure I'm considered lazy by many people. What kind of a lazy slob am I that I need some body to clean up after me? On the other hand though, I'm in a contented state when I'm digging, shovelling and schlepping in my garden. I also have no objection to sitting in my garden and just staring.
MLM is not about selling and buying loads of stock to pile up in your garage. If you're considering MLM get involved with a company that has a remuneration system based on duplication rather than on the amount of product you purchase for wholesale which you then resell.
You don't have to go to endless company meetings to be successful in MLM, you just have to understand the system. I have never been to a meeting. Recruiting unemployed people and creating hype just appears to be dishonest for me.

Similar superstitions exist in some other traditions. In Greece or Spain, for example, Tuesday the 13th takes the same role. That said I don’t waste time on superstitions as I am more focussed on results!
Friday 13th to me means we have 18 days of April left. 18 days to achieve your goals for this month, 18 days to hit counsellor, Director or Executive Director. 18 days to qualify for your $500 2x2 bonus or your $1000 Director Bonus.
So is your glass half full or half empty? I am working closely with a number of the team who are really committed to hitting their goals this month. They know their goal, they have a plan and they are applying massive action. I am matching their efforts at every stage as I am committed to helping them achieve their goals.
A great goal or plan will not produce the result you desire without committed and focussed action. Review the last 12 days of the month and ask yourself does your action measure up to your desired goal? How many people have you spoken to? How many people have visited your website? Are you following up effectively?
You will notice in the documents library in the back office a brand new PowerPoint presentation. This gives anyone in the world the opportunity to present your business to individuals or groups. Ned Rae has a team of 18,000 people yet he started growing his business presenting in peoples houses. Presenting the opportunity in person is by far the best method to create fast growth. Everyone has heard about the massive growth we have got going in the UK, well it can happen anywhere guys you just need to implement the system.

It’s 1.30am and I have just got back from seeing Matt Morris in London, awesome event! Now I want you to ask yourself something, did you try and get guests to this event? Did you really try? Well everyone in our team who got guests to the event signed them all up on the night as premium members. These events are powerful and do all the hard work for you; all you need to do is invite people to attend. If you don’t live in the UK just let me know and I will meet and look after your guests for you.
Now lets get down to the important stuff. Have you got your month set up? Do you know your game plan for April? If not lets get it set up now.
All students should be targeting becoming a counsellor this month, which means having 5 active students enrolled in your team. So first task is to write a list of 100 people you can contact who would benefit from being a part of SU. If you don’t know 100 people, here are some tips.
Check your address book, your email contacts list and your IM contact list. Contact these people and ask for their contacts, stop being so shy! Think about whom you come into contact with everyday. Work colleagues, people you say hi to, taxi/bus drivers, shop staff, waiters/waitresses etc. As someone reminded me tonight Matt Morris was approached to join his first network marketing business when he was a waiter, that’s a clue guys!
Next call them, don’t email! This is a relationship business so make sure you talk to people, I only use emails when I need to leverage a message like getting this out to 170+ people at once.
Use your systems to present the business. Here is the order I use depending on availability in your area, basically if the top one isn’t available now I go to the next.
=> SU Convention (I know a lady that joined SU on a Tuesday and then flew 5000 miles on the Friday to be at the convention)
=> Opportunity Meeting
=> Live UK or US opportunity calls
=> Recorded Sizzle call
=> Website video/DVD
Once your prospect has been exposed to SU then get then get them on a 3 way with your upline sponsor or me. This is a vital step so be sure you have 3 way calling set up on your landline, don’t use skype for this as the line quality is not good enough.
That’s it – what a simple business. Get yourself excited about this business; if your not passionate then people will not be interested. Go back to your list of WHY’s if you need to and if you haven’t got a list of WHY’s get writing them, they are what will carry you through.
Now here is a tip to make this a very profitable month. Apply the above today, call people today, and get busy today! Apply massive action and then teach your new sign ups to do the same. Not next week but now. If you do this today and teach your team to do it too then you cannot fail to get an additional $500 bonus for your efforts (the 2x2 bonus).
