In my second full month in Success University I was the 10th highest recruiter in the world!! How cool is that. I am more motivated than ever to help my team duplicate my success!!

The team is starting to really duplicate!

Things are starting to move now as we near the end of the first full week of November. My team are all set and we are all working on recruiting and duplicating. We have laid some strong foundations so now we are ready to make this a very busy month!!

Angi, one of my newest members has already organised 2 three way prospecting calls with me to her friends who have watched the infomercial. So far we have 1 undecided and 1 FREE member sign up - way to go Angi!! There is no doubt in my mind you will qualify as counsellor by the end of the month.

Chris has been in SU for a while longer but has now taken the bull by the horns and things have clicked into place for him. He has already got one of his family members interested and is arranging a 3-way call once she has done her line dancing class!!

Michelle is managing to get up and running despite working 3 jobs and is truly an inspiration to all of us.

Joanne is off to a flying start, she has only just joined as a premium member and is already lining up people to watch the infomercial or the new sizzle call and has plenty of 3 way calls lined up for me - go Joanne!!

The key here is ensuring we duplicate, when we bring in new members we want to ensure we set them up in exactly the same way as I have set up my immediate downline and get them into profit as fast as possible!

How to Win at the Game of Life

The best way for you to get what you want, said Jim Rohn, the success guru is to help other people get what they want.

If you can fully grasp this concept, then implement it, you will never lack for material abundance. Do you need a striking example?

How about the richest man in the world, Bill Gates. Chances are good that you are using some Microsoft products right now. Why? It is because you need them. In fact, so many people needed what he provided that he became the richest man in the world. True, there are other products out there that could do the same or even better, and you may regard Bill Gates more as a ruthless capitalist than a humanitarian, but the point remains, he provided the software industry what it needed in its fledgling days and he never let up on the momentum.

Similarly, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, and John Rockefeller became extremely rich because of the same principle. Again, it doesn't really matter whether you like these people or not - that is not the point. The point is that they provided an essential service when people needed that service.

They helped people get what they wanted and prospered enormously.

You can do the same.

In any company, in any entrepreneurial venture, it is the service provider who takes home the money. The slackers, the cynics, and the rebels watch the prizes fly past their noses.
Although this principle is clear, few people do it. They are too preoccupied with slandering those who implement it and too bitter and angry about their own struggles to credit the principle. Sometimes, in fact, they are so jaded that they don't even see the principle in action.

When you can provide more quality of service, more quantity of service, and more eagerness to provide the service, the world will beat a path to your door. And, of course, you can choose what service you provide. It has to be something that you love to do. The words 'over-deliver' and 'extra-mile' are used to describe this principle. You can start right where you stand and apply the habit of going the extra mile by rendering more service and better service than you are now being paid for.

Sometimes people are reluctant to give others what they want because they feel that they will have less for themselves. Sometimes they simply believe that they are compromising themselves when they do this and becoming either sycophants or ruthless. These attitudes are both completely wrong. When you do what you love, you express your own nobility by giving more of what you love to others. There is no question about diminishing yourself in any way. In fact, it is just the opposite - you expand yourself! And instead of being a taker, you become a giver - thus, your virtue, too, is improved.

Please note that it is not important whether or not you are the best. This comes through experience.

A major block has to do with believing that you are not able to do this simple thing. Why? It is because you lack confidence in yourself. This is a major stumbling block - not only in making more money, but in living a fulfilling life. If you lack confidence, it is because you have had painful experiences in the past that have created a distorted sense of self-worth.

The wrap up. If you want more money, you have to provide more people what they want. If you provide service in something you love, you expand your power to give, and rather than diminishing your value, it expands it. Finally, you must have total self-confidence to implement this strategy, because it takes a sense of unswerving self-worth to stay the course.
In the game of life, it is the team players who make winning possible for everyone.

Just a quick update on progress this week. 2 more of my team who had not done anything have responded to my email and are now ready to get started. I can feel the momentum starting to build!

November Bonuses - My Goals!

Well like I said I am happy to get the ball rolling (although I will admit it is daunting to put them out in the open like this!!).

This month my mission is to have at least 4 of my team qualify for one or more of the bonuses on offer. I am going to list each bonus down and update on my progress. If your following this and want to duplicate start now - don't wait till later in the month as that is when our work now will start qualifying for bonuses!!

I will help all my new students who enroll in November how to recruit 3 people and qualify for £100 bonus. I have actually signed my partner this month and I aim to get her tocounselorr in 3 weeks - watch this space.

I have emailed all my downline at the start of the month to explain that we have the opportunity to give our friends and family a bonus of between $200-$600 plus a solid foundation for a fantastic new business.

I will personally ensure that I more than match any of my teams desire and will support their promotion and recruitment efforts. As my team is predominantly in the US I expect some very long days and nights this month.

Remember if one of your team recruit 2 people who recruit 2 people they not only qualify for bonuses but they also have a business that is almost paying it for itself - and they will know how easy it is to achievecounselorr!!

I have already had a great response to this. Christopher who has been in SU for a couple of months now has dropped me a line to explain he has procrastinated up to now but is ready to get started.

I also aim to help 4 of my team to becomecounselorr so they can start earning additional bonuses from their new team members. At the end of the month I aim to post all my teams successes and to qualify for my bonus - $500 Director.

November Bonuses - What's your Goals?

I am sitting here on a Sunday morning sending Karen Leslie (my sponsor) and Julie Chojnowski (my upline Director) my goals for November and it got me thinking about another way for us to use the forum. As you all know there is a wealth of bonuses on the table for everyone in SU to able to qualify for and I intend to qualify for as many as I can. My suggestion is we post our goals on the forum and track how we are doing with them so everyone can help and support.

When you publish a goal your now accountable as everyone on the forum knows what you are striving for. As the month progresses we can post our successes so everyone else can get motivated to work on theirs. I am happy to get the ball rolling as I would like everyone to keep me accountable to my goals so I can qualify for as many bonuses as possible!!

I would also like to post about all the bonuses my team achieve as it is them I will really putting my efforts into so they qualify for as much as possible. I will also track my progress through my blog so feel free to comment.
