If you ever get a chance to see Johnny Wimbrey speak then take it! A few of the leadership team had the opportunity to be with Johnny through the day at the Mind of an Entrepreneur (MOAE) conference at Olympia as well as hear him speak at our Success Seminar in the evening. He REALLY is as incredible as he sounds on the conference calls!

At MOAE he was the keynote speaker - the ONLY American speaker to be invited back from the previous year. His keynote speech was amazing. He had people running down to the front of the stage to get a book or CD set. I left early to get back to the table where we were selling his products..... Then the seminar ended. I looked up and people were running round the corner to get to the table. Diana and John had to run to keep up! People who hadn't been in the seminar came up wondering what was happening - what were we giving away free! They had never seen anything like it!

In the Success Seminar (our seminar!) we didn't have any stampedes but it was also an incredible evening. Johnny has a capability to explain things simply. He explained why people's lives are the way they are, what it is that makes him so successful, and why Success University is the perfect vehicle for him.

I had 5 guests in the evening. Two declined to join at this stage, three signed up as premium members. One brought two guests with him and they both signed up as premium members! So he joined and became qualified for commission in the SAME EVENING!

Now Johnny is talking about coming back to the UK on a regular basis! When he does you want to make sure that you are at those events and you bring LOTS of guests with you. There is NO doubt in my mind that your business will EXPLODE!

Newest Member of the UK Leadership Team

Fantastic news!! I have now been invited to join the UK Leadership Team! I have been knocking on the door for quite a while now and my persistence has paid off. As a member of the Leadership Team I can now play a key role in the rollout of the UK Launch and can ensure my team are well placed to benefit from all the initiatives.

My aim now is to help other members of my team step up and start to become the leader that is in all of us.

My Team is starting to explode!

My team is now really starting to explode as my internet advertising is really starting to deliver. Don't forget team if you would like to know how I do this just send me an email asking for our 'GetResponse Marketing Guide' and I will walk you through the process as it is very simple.

I have signed up 5 people on one day this week and 11 people in the last week alone. As always I aim to work with my team to simply duplicate what I am doing and the same will happen to them. The speed of my teams growth is also being noticed by the leaders in the business which is fantastic and I continue to work as if I am already a Director.

Documenting your goals

If you were on Chris & Julie Chojnowski's training yesterday you would have heard a lot about goal setting. But now it's time to actually put in into action!

1. Write down everything you want to be, do or have. If you knew you could not fail what would you want to achieve?
   
2. categories your list into A (what your most passionate about), B and C.
   
3. Transfer the lists to separate pages and priorities them - 1 being the highest. The A1 goal will be the BIG one!
   
4. Create goals for your A list such that they are specific, measurable and have definite results. These create the actions that you will use on a daily basis.
   
5. Take action every day! Based on what you have created above.
   

You can use this in all areas of your life, and if you use it on your business then it will explode!
